Iso 3 is a mix between proteins of animal and plant origin.

It is the ideal formulation to have a balanced diet, less lactose therefore perfectly digestible and low in carbohydrates .

ISO 3 is a very consistent protein, which allows this formulation to make it a very nourishing product.

The advantage of this mixture is that you will have a constant protein intake for approximately 6 hours. With regular absorption of amino acids between 2 hours and 6 hours after taking a shaker.

Directions for use: Mix 40 g of powder (approximately 2 measuring spoons) with 250ml of milk or water. You can take several doses per day depending on your diet and the sport you practice.
