In accordance with article L.121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has, from delivery, a period of 7 working days to return the ordered product in order to obtain a refund. The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging, accompanied by all the original accessories. Ozil Fitness reserves the right to refuse the return of the product if it appears that it has been used.
